Álvaro Morte is a Spanish actor from Algeciras known mainly for his performances in television series. In 2012 he founded the theater company called “300 Pistolas” and began directing plays such as El lazarillo de Tormes , Tres hats de copa , La casa de Bernarda Alba or El perro del hortelano .
The most important roles in his television career have been in the series Amar es para siempre , El secreto de Puente Viejo and La casa de papel , all of them aired on Antena 3 . The last of these series, also broadcast on the Netflix platform , has earned him the nomination for three awards during 2018: Feroz Award for Best Leading Actor in a Series, Actor’s Award for Best Leading Actor and Zapping Award a Better actor. Darko Perik also worked with him.
