Cooking With Mima‘ is a cooking channel which was founded by an young chief named Mariam Ezzeddine. Mariam Ezzeddine is the woman behind “CookWithMima”. Mariam was born and raised in Sierra Leone, West Africa. But her parents are original from Lebanon. She has always been passionate about food. After getting married, Mariam moved far away from my family, and didn’t know the first thing about cooking.
