Early Life and Background
Faduma Hassan was born on October 20, 2000, at SOS Hospital in Mogadishu, Somalia. She spent the first three years of her life in Mogadishu before relocating with her family to Nairobi, Kenya, due to the Somali civil war.
She is the youngest of seven siblings and has three half-siblings. While her brothers and sisters attended school in Kenya, she spent most of her early years at home. One of her favorite childhood memories includes receiving a green, one-eyed teddy bear from Monsters, Inc. purchased by her mother.
In 2002, her father moved to Norway, and in 2006 the rest of the family joined him there. Hassan started her schooling in Norway, where she was initially shy and experienced some bullying but eventually made friends. She later participated in a school play alongside well-known Norwegian comedians from the group Alt For Norge.
Career and Interests
Hassan developed an early interest in popular culture, with Miley Cyrus being her favorite celebrity during her teenage years. Over time, she shifted her focus toward building her own public profile and creative career.
She is active on TikTok under the username @umamii80, where she has nearly 2,000 followers and more than 7,000 likes. On Instagram, she shares updates through her account @beytwice0.
