Early life
Jarry was born in August 5, 1977 in Rablay-sur-Layon, France. He comes from a family of vine growers in Rablay-sur-Layon , a village not far from Angers. He made his debut in the dance company hiphop Expresses the National Contemporary Dance Center 3 .
He takes the stage name of Jarry, his mother’s maiden name.
Personal life
Regarding his private life and sexual orientation, he claimed to be heterosexual until the age of 27 years and today fully assumes his homosexuality. He is the father of two children.
Career
He shares his passion for the stage, in particular, by giving classes of theatrical expression in high schools or during interventions in prisons . In addition, for seven years, he trained teachers in Morocco , Tunisia and Mali as part of programs to learn the language through theatrical expression.
At the age of 22, he left his native region and went to Paris where he began his career as an actor. He joined the company Entrées de Jeu led by Bernard Grosjean.
