Radhika Merchant began her career in 2016 by becoming a member of the Encore Healthcare Board of Directors, where her father served as the CEO. In the same year, she interned at Cedar Consultants in Mumbai, where she worked on presentations on Middle East Market research for budding businesses in established markets such as the Taxi service market.
