Khushi was born in 1972 in Pabna. She is married to actor Brindabon Das. They are blessed with two children named Dibbyo Jyoti, Soummya Jyoti.

Khushi started her acting career for in 90s early, later she became one of top Bangladeshi TV actress, she acted with many top Bangladeshi actors including Chanchal Chowdhury, Mosharraf Karim and Zahid Hasan. She is good friend to actor Chanchal Chowdhury.
