Shahzada Dawood (born 12 February 1975 in Pakistan ; missing from North Atlantic since 18 June 2023 ) is a Pakistani-British businessman, investor and philanthropist . He is vice chairman of Engro , a director of Dawood Hercules Corporation , and a trustee of the Dawood Foundation , Engro Foundation and Prince’s Trust , and a member of the advisory board of the SETI institute.

Philanthropy
Since 1996, Dawood has been a trustee of the family trust, the Dawood Foundation (TDF) , which works to bring about change in society through the creation of interactive spaces for formal and informal education. TDF coordinates the Hussain Dawood Pledge, a private donation to fight COVID-19 in Pakistan. Dawood is focused on mental health support for people affected by Covid-19 in Pakistan. [2]
Dawood is also a board member of the Engro Foundation [3] and the SETI Institute. [4]
Personal
Shahzada is Hussain Dawood’s son. He is married to Christine Dawood and the couple have two children together, Suleman and Alina.
Shahzada studied in both the United States and the United Kingdom and earned an M.Sc. in Global Textile Marketing from Philadelphia University and an LLB from the University of Buckingham .
Disappearance
On June 18, 2023, Dawood and his son Suleman, along with Hamish Harding , Paul-Henry Nargeolet and Stockton Rush, disappeared in a submersible en route to the wreck of the Titanic in an incident .
