His mother is a former stage manager and his father, a scientist who was the managing director of a pharmaceutical company. He started off at the preparatory school, The Dragon School in Oxford. Tom started his journey from 2001. His first serious work was the role in the movie “The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby” in 2001. Then he starred in the series “The Admiral”. He played a cameo role of a Lord in the movie (The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby). Then he starred small roles in the films (Conspiracy), (The Gathering Storm) and in (A Waste of Shame: The Mystery of Shakespeare and His Sonnets). He was nominated for the Laurence Olivier Awards in The Newcomer in a Play category. In 2011, Tom Hiddleston signed a contract with the company “Marvel Studios” for two films, and in the same year, Kenneth Branagh’s Thor was released. In this film adaptation, Hiddleston played the role of Loki, who brought him world fame.
