Plot
The plot of the romantic comedy film revolves around Rohan Arora, also known as Mickey, who is the son of a wealthy businessman, Ramesh Arora. He lives in Delhi with his family and, along with his best friend, Manu Dabbas, works secretly as a breakup consultant, helping people break up with their partners. While in Spain for Manu’s bachelor party, Mickey meets Tinni, who is a friend of Manu’s fiancée, Kinchi, and the two hook up, falling in love with each other.
Upon returning from Spain, Manu and Kinchi get married, and Mickey and Tinni introduce each other to their families. Both families accept their relationship and start preparing for their wedding. However, Tinni feels that she is not ready for marriage and decides to break up with Mickey. Unaware that she is talking to Mickey, Tinni calls the breakup consultant to seek help in breaking up with him. Mickey suggests that they match their horoscopes, but the plan fails as their horoscopes align perfectly. When Mickey discovers that Tinni is the client, he decides to play along and suggests a series of tests to try to break them up.
Mickey suggests a “jealousy test” and a “loyalty test,” but Tinni’s attempts to make Mickey jealous or cheat on her fail. When Mickey asks Tinni the reason for breaking up, she reveals that she wants to live independently after marriage and not with his family. Mickey, who loves his family deeply, decides to break off the marriage, and Tinni leaves for London.
Sometime later, they meet again at Kinchi’s baby shower, and Tinni injures her foot while dancing. Mickey and his family take care of her, and Tinni realizes the value of living together as a family. Mickey’s niece reveals the truth to Tinni about Mickey posing as the breakup consultant. Tinni confronts Mickey and expresses her disappointment that he did not try to sort out the matter with her, even after knowing the truth. She confesses that she still loves him and is leaving for London. However, Mickey’s family convinces him not to let her go and compromise his love for them. They rush to the airport and propose to Tinni to marry Mickey, and she accepts. The film ends with Mickey and Tinni getting married and living happily together as a family.
