Redoan Rony is a national award-winning film-maker of Bangladesh. He has spent more than a decade in the media industry of Bangladesh. For his first feature film ‘Chorabali’, he received National Film Award in 2012. That film alone bagged 5 national awards in that year. He has directed few of the most popular TV series of Bangladesh e.g. House Full, FnF, Behind The Scene, Pata Jharar Din etc. Redoan Rony has been awarded Meril_Prothom Alo Award, CJFB Award, Bachsach Award and Many More. He is now working on his third Feature Film and a Video Streaming Platform Project as a COO.

Early life

Redoan Rony was born in 20 October, 1983 in Pabna, Bangladesh. His Father Md. Rojab Ali is a College Lecturer and Mother Mrs. Rokeya Khatun is a Teacher of local school. Among Two Sister and One Brother Rony is eldest son of the Family

After completing his HSC from Rajshahi New Government Degree College, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at East West University.


In his early career Rony worked with Mostofa Sarwar Farooki as an Assistant Director in Chabial Team. After that Rony made a lot of Television dramas, serials, and video fictions. His debut film Chorabali(2012) went on to win Bangladesh National Film Award in five categories.Then he made his Second Feature film Ice Cream (2016).

He made Popular Tv Series House Full, FNF aired by top rated tv channel in Bangladesh and more than Hundred of TV Fictions like Urojahaz, Ucchotor Sharirik Biggan,Proof Reader,UTurn, Valobasa 101,Subornopur Beshi Dur Noy,Bagbondi, Mr.Johny and Pata Jharar Din so on.
